Christmas lights is a song I wrote while I was in Ireland at the end of 2016. I was invited to play at a Christmas concert with Make a Change, a local group of very talented musicians.

As I loved the Irish Christmas flair with the cold air, shimmering trees and cups of tea with bakery, I decided to write a song for the concert just about that.

So Christmas lights is a song about my December in Ireland, away from home. But as beautiful as it was I did miss my loved ones, reflected in the line ‚and I wonder if you could make my dreams come true and spend it here with me‘.

I like to think of it as my little bottled up moment I brought back to Tenerife to keep it with me.

christmas tree,
innocent, let it shine.

through the air, christmas flair,
